Video: Courthouse police remove protester from public sidewalk

One of the people protesting the malicious prosecution of Kyler Carriker was told he could not carry a sign on a public sidewalk running along the north side the Sedgwick County Courthouse.

Courthouse Police told the protester that he had to protest on the sidewalk in front of the building. The problem with that is that the prosecutors come in and out of the building on the side door, near where the protester was lawfully standing.

On a side note, the Courthouse Police have been exceptionally professional and polite throughout the duration of this trial, including during this interaction, and are merely following orders issued by the court.
